Two days of Yoga Ashtanga Fundamentals workshop, October 1, 2 between 14:30 – 17:30.
Ashtanga Yoga is a more dynamic style of yoga, used for centuries in the Indian space to heal and guide the path to self.
Ashtanga uses the breath, the postures and the points where you look, all helping to create in you a state of presence “here and now” and to understand that practicing the postures is a mirror of the way you live your life.
The physical body was miraculously created to bring us joy and happiness and the more your mobility, flexibility and strength are increased, the more you can live in the “yoga state” in your everyday life.
Ashtanga is a modular and progressive style of yoga, it builds on itself and is completely adaptable to the level of the practitioner. That’s why the practice of Ashtanga Yoga REALLY BECOME YOURS, and the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga (Yoga Chikitsa) is the ideal way to start practicing yoga.
I am waiting for you at this workshop, to learn the basic tools you will need to start, deepen or expand the practice. We will discuss aspects related to anatomy and our breathing and how to coordinate movement with breathing in each vinyasa.
We will learn what the bandhas are and how to use them effectively, we will learn the points “where we look”, we will practice the Sun Salutations, with their correct number of vinyasas and we will learn how to enter and exit all the fundamental postures, with their correct alignment.
Donation for the Workshop: 360 ron for the two parts
