Hello everyone! I want to share with you my experience with yoga practice recently started from the need to exercise … somewhat therapeutic … at least that’s how I initially perceived it. An unexpected diagnosis led me to an operation which resulted in the removal of 5 lymph nodes from the left axillary area, which is why the lymphatic drainage in the area becomes more difficult. I always have a swelling like a ping-pong ball … sometimes painful with an arm with everything …
I started yoga once a week, with Corina, online, in a group of wonderful women who are facing the consequences of such operations. I practiced alone after her videos about 3-4 times a week …. and surprise …. after 3 weeks. I found that swelling completely receded (I did nothing else, massage or lymphatic drainage) ….. so it works!

This exercise did me a lot of good, after the 23 minutes of Ashtanga Yoga, with modifications for beginners, I really felt that my shoulders were working.
These exercises have folded very well for my arms and I already feel the opening of my chest and shoulders after a single session. Thank you!
I really liked this practice. With Corina’s warm and quiet voice, the practice of asanas has become very pleasant, although the effort is quite great. The explanations regarding the execution of the asanas were clear and detailed and I understood each movement. Thank you, because practicing the asanas in this video brought me the energy for this day and the desire to return to this video.

I started yoga with Corina a few weeks ago. The patience and details with which she explains each movement, the understanding she has towards the limitations of my body, the mental coaching that accompanies each posture, the sense of humor and in general the nature full of compassion and dedication – all these aspects of her personality, of being Corina, have made me create a unique and long-term attachment – for Corina and yoga as a lifestyle 😊. Corina is an instructor who overcomes the barrier of the screen, giving you the feeling that you are next to her in a studio, always creating an incredible state of well-being, gentleness and acceptance! She guides you calmly, precisely and not only shows the positions, but also explains in detail how each movement is performed in order to have a correct and safe practice, without unnecessary risks! This means involvement, passion, responsibility and a lot of individual study!
Classes with her helped me overcome many physical, mental and emotional limitations. From a completely sedentary person, I came to be surprised how I gain micro mm of space in my body and for that I am very grateful to him because my mobility has improved considerably!
Having been practicing constantly for over one year with Corina. Thanks to her patience and clarity of the explanations, I cannot live without Ashtanga practice😊. It improves flexibility of my body and and also offers mental wellbeing.
I have practiced these exercises several times in the last day. After practicing them, I felt like a “release” of the back at the level of the shoulder blades and my shoulders didn’t seem so “heavy” anymore.🙂 Thank you Corina! I’ve been practicing Ashtanga yoga for many years and felt how my progression has slowed down with time. 2 years ago I’ve started practicing yoga with Cori and what can I say but…WOW. Cori manages to get the best out of me, taking my practice to a new level. My chest is so much more open, the flexibility and strength have improved, my focus on and off the mat has been sharper. I’m much calmer and relaxed now. Cori is a role model to me in her devotion to the practice and how she utilizes the yoga principles in her private life as well. I couldn’t recommend her more. It is a big challenge for a person who has spent a lot of time in front of the computer and who does not do sports, to do Yoga. It is an even bigger challenge if the person is over 50 years old. I think I would have lost a big bet if someone would have said 2 years ago when I started doing yoga with Corina, that I- Beatrice (even the person described above) will be able to change mentally and physically. Only after 2 years I really feel the change and my body, my mind and my heart thanks to Corina.
Corina is a very good instructor with a special energy. Yoga practice brings a state of well-being, balance, mental relaxation. Asanas eliminate many chronic pains, bring physical and mental benefits. It’s not easy at the beginning, but with Corina’s help we’re making progress and constantly trying new things.
Yoga is surrounded, unfortunately, by a lot of obscurantism and many profiteers. It’s rare to find an honest person who is genuinely willing to share knowledge about a thought-provoking, high-potential movement like yoga. This person is Corina. The calm and soothing voice accompanies me even today in the exercises I try to do daily. I do them because they get rid of my back pain and give me incredible strength.
The sessions with Cory are unique journeys towards liberation and inner unlocking, powerful, which leave behind feelings of good, clean and happy fatigue! I recommend her with all my heart
I’m a beginner . I’ve been practicing with Corina for (only) 2 months and my body already feels the benefits of this type of movement. Against the background of a limiting prejudice/belief, it took me some (long) time to go to the practice of yoga. Corina creates a stimulating environment for those who want to start this journey. He patiently explains and guides each participant in the class. Doing online classes is much more than doing after registrations. In the online class, you benefit from personalized assessment/correction/improvement according to your level and individual needs. The participating group has, in turn, a role of support and stimulation. I am grateful for the meeting with Corina – she is a dedicated and empathetic trainer … plus she is also a very pleasant presence 🙂
