Keep in mind that there will be no Ashtanga (Mysore or led) classes on full moon or new moon days. Classes in those days will be replaced with yoga classes for hips, shoulders and chest opening.

7:35 PM – Ashtanga Beginners | 55 min. – GR 3
8:00 AM – Yoga Routine, Strength & Flexibility | 50 min. – GR 1, 2
6:00 PM – Ashtanga Half Primary | 90 min. – GR 1
8:00 AM – Ashtanga Beginners | 55 min. – GR 3
7:00 PM – Open Heart/Front Split | 90 min. – GR 1
8:00 AM – Ashtanga Beginners | 60 min. – GR 2
7:00 PM – Kundalini Yoga | 90 min. – GR 1,2
8:00 AM – Ashtanga Beginners | 60 min. – GR 2
6:30 PM – Open Heart/Front Split | 90 min. – GR 1
8:00 AM – Ashtanga Half Primary | 90 min. – GR 1
