Saturday 5/11/22, I’m waiting for you to a special Ashtanga yoga workshop and a Pranayama practice. I will present you in a captivating way – the basic elements of this yoga system and I will start from “the five elements of practice”, which are breathing, bandhas, drishti (Sanskrit, point where we look), asana and vinyasa.
